we worked with Tales producing a suite of videos for our online learning environment regarding how academics can work with business. The process was swift, great communication and very open to suggestions for changes. We would definitely use Tale in the future - the finish is excellent.

I used Tale Production to develop some videos for an academic research project. Alex worked with us to provide a very clear quote, and an outline of the all the work that would be undertaken before we committed to anything.Ahead of the filming, Alex provided support and guidance on the resources that would be needed for the day, providing outlines for interview scripts etc. It was really easy to organise the filming, and Alex was extremely professional and made it easy for me and my Patient Research Partners to be on camera.The fact that Tale Production are specialists in HE video production, meant it was very easy for them to tailor the videos to the audience, to make sure we achieved our objectives with the video. He also made suggestions during the filming, to make sure we optimised the budget available (e.g. the suggestion of a short, 30 second video for social media was not something I had planned, but is a very valuable addition to help with recruitment!).Everyone I have shown the videos to have commented on their value, and how well they have been produced. They will be an enormous value to our research, and I would definitely use them again for future projects.

We worked with Tale Production on a complex project as one of three(!) distinct clients (University of Leicester, De Montfort University and Loughborough University) and Alex was hugely professional and helpful throughout the entire process.With regular meetings and through his care and diligence, Alex helped us to shape multiple creative ideas and suggestions into a clear storyboard that he then took away for production.
