I recently had 2 A/C units installed at my house by Prime Air Services, the work was done to a high standard. I’m very pleased with how discreet and tidy the install was.When I first called up I didn’t know what my options were I just knew where I wanted the units, the engineer was very knowledgable and answered all my questions from which we worked out what my best options were, the communication was excellent from our first phone call to finishing the installation. I will be using them again!

From first call it was apparent that Matthew is a genuine professional, providing me with a competitive quote and answering my many questions. Came an gave us a no-pressure quote, very competitive price and reassuring knowledge of AC installations.Installation was very tidy and using high quality materials (ducting, mounts etc.) and high end equipment installed.Matt was very professional and friendly (putting up with our little one stealing his tools all day!) and tidied after himself, explained using the system and left plenty of documentation with us.Would thoroughly recommend prime air to anyone.

I am leaving this review of my 84 year old parents who had an air conditioning unit installed in their home by Mathew. They wanted to say that he prepared the inside of the room with dust sheets and no mess was left after the job had been completed - didn't really know he was in the house! Full explanation of how the unit worked before he left and seemed easy to understand. Looking forward to his return for the annual service to the unit.

We used Mathew for AC installation, we had ducted units in our bedrooms. Mathew was clean and tidy, his workmanship is fantastic. Also helpful finding a solution to our kitchen unit when we replace our current kitchen.I couldn’t recommend Prime Air Services enough.
