Sam is lovely attention to covering her route to the fireplace from the front door with dust sheets and on the furniture nearby.extremely efficient and not a speck of soot left anywhere would highly recommend

Can’t speak highly enough of this very professional and competent lady. She dealt with the significant complication of a squirrel nest in our chimney in an amazingly efficient way. Very courteous and extremely careful regarding Covid precautions. Thoroughly recommend her.

First time using Sam's services. She was really great, offering advise on our future plans with our fireplace and safety. The cleaning was done to an excellent standard and she was really friendly. l chose Sam to sweep our multi fuel burner after phoning round since she was the most helpful. I was impressed by her professionalism right from the start. Very well equipped and taking care to keep everything protected and clean. The sweep was thorough and efficient including cleaning the bricks and baffles inside the burner. Sam was friendly and chatty with plenty of helpful advice on keeping the burner in optimal condition. Highly recommended! - Chris in Cromer.

Literally saved our lives after we were sold a house with a stove which wasn't even connected to the chimney. Cannot recommend highly enough. Will be booking Sam again every year.

Had a great service from Sam yesterday. She swept two chimneys for us and certainly did live up to her service with a smile motto. Very good service at a competitive price and I will certainly be using her services again in future.
