Can't say I can rate their work as the very helpful chap on the phone advised me that the work asked I about was not required. Also gave me advise regarding achieving a higher EPC rating for my home.

Absolutely disgusting how they treat there employees.

I have had recently, cavity wall insulation installed by A and M Energy Solutions, whilst installing, a mistake happened, an electric cable was drilled into, even though the surveyor of my property prior to the work being done said we should not drill into that wall, because I had said there are cables there, and I don’t know where they are, I agreed with the surveyor that it should be drilled from the other side, where I knew there were no cables, and signed a disclaimer for that. A mistake happened, that wall was drilled into, the cable damaged, electric went off. The two insulation installers were very nice, as was the surveyor, but a mistake happened, and it was not mine. Now, accidents happen, mistakes are made, but its how any company deals with that mistake, and this company was not good, the immediate reaction of the management was “he signed a disclaimer, its not our problem”, not a sorry, or can we help in any way, just, its not their problem. So, if you are using this company, please be aware, they are ok all the time they are getting your money, but if they make a mistake, you will have to pay for it.

Darren & Colin installed cavity wall insulation for us & we were very happy with their work. They were on-time, friendly, did a good job and cleaned up well afterwards. I hope to use them again for other insulation.
