Have had a fantastic Panasonic air conditioner installed in our living room. It has smart features allowing us to connect to Alexa and control it through there, or by using our phones or remote control.Our living room has a lot of glass and so gets incredibly hot in the summer. From quote to install, Cool-Rite were very professional and delivered on everything they said they would. On installation day, the installers were courteous and respectful ensuring they minimised disruption to us as much as possible. Really cannot recommend Cool-Rite enough, and to top it all off the price was very competitive.

Not happy with the company, they are unhelpful to install unit which parents present us. Can not recommend!
