Great food as usual. Customer service was fantastic. I was in a rush and the cute lady was quick with a massive order. Couldn't ask for more helpful staff.

Good food, but lousy customer service. When you're served by a member of staff you don't want to be eye- balled by them, looking miserable and not speaking to you. It just comes across as very rude

it don't close at 8.30pm mon to friday it closes at 6.00pm and on saturday & sunday it closes before 6pm greggs in three bridges train station so get your facts right so i know the correct closing times thaks

Worst experience,I have been traveling past every day for four years early morning and afternoon and the pie's are always cold and service is the worst I have ever experienced in fifty years and I am in the catering industry,I don't know how they get away with it, often close early and managed by angry aggressive manager.closed early today with a huge amount of fresh stock on the display and management shouted at me that they were closed even though door was open . horrible experience don't recommend
