Little Owl
I've been here for years. But not for a while. The food was excellent. I had mixed grill and each meat was cooked to perfection. And I was a chef for 20 years. Please keep this up.

We popped in a month ago it was very very busy with a big funeral going on. The staff were brilliant despite being busy so we thought I would go back and booked a table for Sunday lunch , brought our little dog with us who had a sausage, staff brilliant once again and the food was lovely. We will be back.

We took my grandson and my nephew for the Halloween party, they had such a great night, the staff were great with the kids and made it so much fun for them but being busy organising the party didn't affect the running of usual duties! The bar service was quick and friendly and the food was spot on too, the kids didn't eat til really late as they were having too much fun to come and sit down! They both emptied their plates after the party and got straight back to having fun with some friends they'd made, the quiz was a nice touch too, will definitely be back!

Great food. Friendly and helpful service. Nice outdoor seating with a children's play area. Dog friendly and has its own parking.

Very pleasant experience, food was cooked perfectly & very generous portion sizes, the bar & waiting staff are all very smart & helpful. You will struggle to find a better meal no matter where you go or how much you pay. Thank you.

Booked a festive menu for a family get together. The main difficulty we had was that the pre-order system for 2 course/starter/main option would only let you select main and dessert. So had to bring in the pre-order to the restaurant instead. That apart, the restaurant did provide a nice meal with no other issues on the day and overall good value. Thank you.

Josh was fantastic! I called to book ahead and ask if they catered for Coeliacs. The answer was YES and they were happy to create a child's gluten free meal for me too. On arrival the place was spotless and we were lucky enough to find Josh who took our order.The food was hot, promptly served and my son and I had little wooden allergy sticks in our food which was really reassuring. My roast chicken dinner was really good.Thank you Marston's and thank you Josh and the lovely lady who served us our food and brought me lots of extra gravy......very impressed!
