Very good pearls and have tax refund option

Love this store and its staff, especially the lovely manager, Simona...I have bought so special jewellery from her. She is an excellent sales person I must admit :) - but I love all my purchases. My opal ring, my rose gold set and my very recent purchase of the pearl collection. If I could I'd return every day, but definitely considering the Hamza bracelet. Thank you :).

Really poor customer service. Would not recommend. Will never shop here again.I purchased a necklace for my wife and tried to return it a couple of days later for a refund. I had discovered that my wife had been cheating on me and we were separating. I explained this to the Kokomo sales assistant and she called her manager. But there were no exceptions to their very strict no refund policy. I thought that, given the circumstances, they may have been a little bit more sympathetic. I now have a necklace that I do not want and no one to give it to.

DO NOT BUY JEWELLERY FROM KOKOMO! A stone fell out of the £100 necklace just after 1 month.I tried to get it repaired or replaced but, was later told that they don’t make the necklace anymore. They offered an exchange or credit, why so I can have more faulty jewellery?The staff are rude and don’t know what they are doing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I learned the hard way.

Disappointed and angry doesn’t begin to describe how I feel about this place. They sold my (now) husband an engagement ring over a year ago (March). Firstly, they tried to convince us that it’s real aquamarine gem and that it comes in different shades including white, which is not true. (It wasn’t a real aquamarine, its zirconia which they sell). The stone fell out after 7-8 months (just before the wedding!) We contacted them about getting it replaced. They didn’t reply. We were approaching 12 month return policy date so we contacted them again and they said it’s not a problem to come to the store. Even if it’s past the return policy date, as we have their email response. We went to Stratford, explained what happened, showed the ring with missing stone. They called their manager on the phone who first said it’s difficult to sort out replacement as they have a new supplier.. (this is not the customer’s problem). The sales assistant lady took my details and manager said she’d call me back the next day to arrange what to do. This was over two weeks ago. I still don’t have an engagement ring because of this and no one at KIKOMO seems to really give a toss about this. The money is gone, the stone is gone. Very nice “customer service”.

A beautiful experience. My sisters and I enjoyed ourselves. The staffs were very encouraging and helpful in finding the right dress for me; though it was completely different from what I had in mind.

Very lovely and so very helpful customer service team! I purchased a men's gold cross necklace right at the beginning of the virus lockdown . So the store was already closed however I emailed them and I have got what I wanted literally within a few days! The quality is good too.. overall great stuff. Will buy again.Thank you Kokomo !
