Great solid service.iPhone 11 taken in due to not charging at all.Technician advised and diagnosed a few potential issues and let us know it would take 45 minutes or so to evaluate.Did some shopping, came back and he had changed the battery, charging port etc and still no charging.Booked it in to get the I/O board replaced which would take a few days, but were updated along the way.All done on a no fix no fee basis.Competitive prices, Open all day Sunday's.Couldn't recommend more!

Visited the store today to get a new screen protection for my phone.A polite young lad changed the screen in no time and he installed it literally perfectly! Not a single bubble and with perfect alignment. There was no way I could do it myself that way.Definitely recommend.

Had my beloved S8 for 4 years, recently battery had been getting hot and discharging very quickly, then to compound things screen got cracked. Took it to Fone Tech and not only did i get a very good deal, its looking like and behaving like a brand new phone. Thank you guys top job.

First time using a phone repair shop i had a crack in my screen however i must highly recomend not using this repair shop not only is customer service extremely poor but They failed to replace my screen then to top it off my phone was then returned to me in a much worse state than it arrived now my screen does not register touch at all and my speaker is broken. Avoid if possible

Avoid at all costs! My son’s iPhone 8 Plus has been with this shop since mid-October after it stopped turning on. It was sent to their repair centre for some soldering and I was told it would be back to me in ‘2-3 days’.It’s now three months later, and despite numerous trips to the shop, phone calls and broken promises that ‘it would definitely be back today’ I’m going to explore other avenues to get my money back from the shop.

Dropped my son's iPad to have the screen replaced. Guy said 3-4 working days which passed so called the shop but had to order the part which will take longer which is fine I understand that. he's going to call me with an update but nothing so started calling the shop kept saying this day and that day I had to keep chasing this up now can't get hold of the shop I've visited but shutters are always half down and it's been over 4 weeks I still do not have my son's iPad and unsure what to do. Feel like I've been robbed by these guys. I wouldn't recommend

I bought an IPhone 8 last week here to replace my 6 which was ruined by sea-water. Great service from Jordan - who transferred all my info from the old phone to the new one. This involved patience and perseverance. Thanks Jordan - and to your colleague too.

I have used this store in Poole since it opened. The service is outstanding, the prices are always competitive, the technical support is on point and they know their stuff. The repairs are fast and not once have I ever needed to use the years warranty they give with all repairs. I'm all for supporting local businesses.. If you need a repair or accessories for your phone or tablet.. Give these guys a try.
