We approached Zago Restoration on the back of the testimonials and photos of previous work. We had Edwardian hallway tiles, which were in dire need of repair and cleaning. We had loose, cracked and missing tiles re-set/replaced, existing damaged sections removed and replaced and the hallway was stripped and deep cleaned and sealed for protection.Irene was extremely responsive, very knowledgeable and professional and her price was very reasonable. She was really helpful explaining the process, options and giving her suggestions and we were very happy with the process and the finished product.I would thoroughly recommend Zago and Irene's work.

Irene restored some Edwardian tiles outdoors and indoors, she did a great job. Where it was not possible to colour match the original tiles she suggested an excellent alternative in the design which worked very well.

Irene did a brilliant job of cleaning and restoring our Victorian hall tiles. She carefully matched and replaced some broken tiles, regrouted any that were loose and resealed the whole floor. It was a pleasure having Irene in our house and she was very respectful of covid requirements. I’d definitely recommend her.

Irene was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing tile repair or tile matching work. From the moment I made my first enquiry through to completion of the work, Irene was responsive and helpful. Irene was thorough in ensuring she understood what we wanted to achieve ahead of quoting and beginning her work and she did an excellent job of matching our existing, original hallway tiles down our recently-extended hallway. We cannot tell where the original tiles stop and the new ones begin! Thank you so much Irene, we are thrilled with the results!

Zago tiles exceeded my expectations with the restoration of our Edwardian hallway tiles. Irene was prompt and reliable and an absolute delight to work with - her passion for restoration is second to none. The service she provided was exceptional value of money given the painstaking nature of the project. I was really impressed by the fact that she went to so much trouble to find the right colour match for our broken tiles. The hallway looks absolutely beautiful now! I cannot recommend Zago Restoration enough. Irene did an incredible job cleaning, repairing and restoring our original Victorian tiled floor and it looks gorgeous. We are really pleased with the results and the transformation. Irene was super thorough and professional - she worked around our needs (we were able to go back and forth whilst she was working) and provided excellent advise and guidance through-out the process. Irene came to our property to restore our front path, which is a classic black and white tiled design. She is friendly, helpful and arrived on time every day she was on site. She quietly got on with the work and kept me informed of what she was doing every step of the way to ensure there were no surprises at the end. Irene is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about her work and it shows. We're very happy with the final result, even the neighbours are interested in getting theirs done. Irene transformed our hallway with the utmost care and attention to detail. She always arrived when she said and clearly explained the options given the poor condition of our tiles, the processes involved, the time frame and the cost. She was a pleasure to deal with in every way and it was wonderful to have someone working on our house that was so dedicated to her craft and willing to go that extra mile to ensure the job was done thoroughly and to the highest standard.
