Came to the salon re hair loss/thinning hair following little success working out what was going on with a GP. Within a week of my 1st salon appointment, there was a noticeable improvement following tips and product suggestions, and I then went for a full treatment. I am now satisfied that the hair has its opportunity to grow back. The team were confident and considerate, and I'm glad I made this move. Plus a little pampering didn't go amiss.

Great Salon, was able to book me in super fast. Charlene was very friendly and professional, talked me through my options after I had a bad experience with a home bleaching kit. Was able to colour correct my hair without any further damage. Fab service.

Kelly did my hair. She was very lovely and took great attention to what I wanted and checked in if I liked my hair throughout getting it done. I loved my hair at the end and it was exactly what I wanted! Will definitely be coming back thank you :)

Had a really lovely experience with Kelly yesterday who gave me lots of advice for my damaged bleached hair and did a fab haircut. Lovely experience she really went above and beyond, I was really happy with my cut which helped take the damage off and had me looking like a new woman! The salon is really beautiful inside, very relaxing and a good selection of magazines and a nice tea. I was very happy and would definitely go back.

I went to Charisma hair salon today and I was very pleased with my whole experience. All the girls there are all very friendly and professional. Tait who is still training, did an excellent Balayage colour and cut on my hair. She is a very good stylist and I would recommend her and the salon to anyone. I will definitely be going back again.
