Bupa Dental Care Hailsham

Cannot recommend this dentist enough! As someone with a phobia of dentists and haven't been in 15 years I was blown away by how good they are. Ali and Katie are so professional, kind and welcoming. Ali explained everything he was going to do and tried to calm my nerves as much as possible. Cannot fault them!

All staff are very helpful and friendly but most of all Roxy (who is my dentist) is the best by far. She is so welcoming and calm, and goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease. She is very kind and caring and I wouldn’t have anyone else.

After not going to the dentist for 15 years I joined the bupa dentist at hailsham and was treated by Stanley Fernandes; just want to say a big thank you for doing a great job sorting me out and making me a lot less nervous about visiting; Really good service by everyone including the ladies on reception ;

I spent £1200+ on dental work a little over 4 weeks ago. later a large piece of tooth fractured from the large molar that had been worked on thinking this can’t be right I consulted BUPA and made an appointment for a check up.Took less than 5 mins literally in and out told it wasn’t anything he did asked if there was any pain I agreed that there was no pain or discomfort and was informed that there wasn’t a requirement to do anything so off I trot.It was then I was mugged out of £50 never will I visit them again highway robbery just about covers it no more than thieves.

This by far is the best dentist practice I have ever experienced. The receptions are very polite and so very helpful. My dentist, Stanley is a fantastic dentist, he instantly makes you feel comfortable and really takes the time to assess you and give treatment. You really get looked after and feel a sense of trust.

On my wife's account but I came here earlier as an emergency drop in (my current dentist couldn't fit me in for another week). Dr Stanley was amazing and very efficient by far the best dentist I've ever had. I will be swapping dentist's to this facility. Many thanks for everything Dr Stanley. Kind Regards Adam
