We’ve always had a passion for hair, and we finally fulfilled our ambition when we opened our own Barber shop along the Historic Rochester High Street.

Excellent customer service and a very good cut at a very fair price.The cut didn't feel rushed and they make you feel appreciated as a customer. Although it was my first time here they knew everyone's names that came in the door so obviously get a lot of repeat business which is reassuring.Usually I find barbers to be messy but it was clear they take pride in their surroundings keeping everything swept and clean.

I'd been searching for ages to find a good reliable and consistent barbers and then I tumbled upon 28 West. They made me feel like I'd been going for years on my first visit, and I now look forward to every haircut to have a chat with Jack & Rob. I've recommended so many people to them and everyone has been blown away with their amazing cuts and their top notch customer service.If you're looking for a new barbers then give them a go, i promise you will not be disappointed.

Best barbers in Rochester, Rob is a fantastic barber and knows his job and always (sometimes) listens to what the customer wants...only joking. Thank you for cutting my hair for the past 8 years. Will be back when I'm back down that way for a trim. Love ya guys

Braved a new barbers for first time in 10years! This place is honestly amazing- PROPER BARBERS! Amazing service, knowledgeable and what was best - not just the usual ‘lovely weather’ chat!Cannot recommend enough. 10/10 - Thanks guys

After a few failure cuts from other places decided to give these guys a try for the first time today. Really clear helpful website for booking & plenty of reminders of your appointment.Mark was excellent, by far the best skin fade I've had to date & also gave me good advice of style products to suit my hair. Will definitely be using 28 West as my go to Barbers from now on.
