It has a state of the art infrastructure that I have not seen at other betting shops.

Staff is very rude and not willing to help at all they have no clue about football or any other betting whatsoever best thing avoid going there

Recently placed a Lucky 31 bet where i got one selection correct and the cashier refused to pay out winnings believing all 5 selections have to be correct,, the days are gone when bookmakers employed staff with a knowledge of betting

Very rude and mean attendants No security inside the shop. Cheap customers attack good and big playing customers but staff doesn't bother to ask cheap and bad customers to leave the shop when they not playing and bothering customers who are playing. People under the influence also seem to be able to stay and bother customers who are playing and they make a lot of noise in the shop, thus disturbing everyone in the shop. This needs to be attended to as it creates a very negative experience in these stores for people who wana just go and try there luck n making a few extra bob.

Classified as a higher standard but no toilets available no drinks as it should be very messy loads of stalkers when you gamble behind back and begging people who should be bannedNo attention some of the staff ( at some point don’t blame them but it’s a job you’re paid for )Please can you DO something about it Mr manager if you are there !!!

REVIEW of new Ladbrokes shop on Stephenson Street, Birmingham, following their referbishment and re-opening yesterday (19/12/2019), the place is spotless, flawless, open plan social sit down area with large leather seating with large tables, taken a a very nice rustic approach to the furnishings, large selection of betting terminals 12 in total, Very large screens to watch all the action, completely new era of technology, gone are the racing post on the shop wall, now viewable on large touchscreen with ability to magnify at the touch of the screen of the users selected race with all meetings selectable at the bottom of the touch whether it Live Uk/international horse/dog racing or virtual racing, all available on demand by the user.OVERALL review: Amazing 5* cannot praise it enough amazing job Ladbrokes
