Hired a boat from here, lovely place, exceedingly helpful staff, and good boats.

Had an amazing experience

Very helpful when I went there to see them.

As a private boater, I rang them to sort outa couple of problems on my boat I couldn’t fix. The office staff super friendly and professional. But big shout out for Rob who went above and beyond to work things out, and fix everything, so friendly and helpful.They are busy, but give them a ring if you need help, can’t rate them high enough.

On the last leg of our long weekend here on the shooting star. Stellar service from Terry and the team. Toby was very friendly and funny on handover. Urich was exceptional at helping us on the boat. The on call was helpful with queries whilst on the boat and passed us on to the relevant team member if needed. Originally planned to do the Droitwich ring but after first night rejigged plans so me and boyfriend could cruise leasurely. Team were very helpful in helping me navigate an alternative. Buying a map is a must--literally be lost without it! The boat is very cosy and comfortable. A few glitches in the beginning but it's a steep learning curve. Learnt so much and very grateful to have this opportunity, been bitten by the water bug. We absolutely have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Almost don't want this to end. Amazing experience, first time narrow boating for my 30th birthday, and the staff were friendly and approachable. The boat had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Engine ran beautifully! The area was lovely and we were recommended to go from Stourport to Kinver which we did, instructions for the boat were straight forward and will definitely be back, thanks Starline!!

I would advise not to use this company as it is dishonest and untrustworthy. I was missold a boat as it had not been marketed truly. I have recently had dealings with the owner who seems to be really nice and knowledgeable at first and then once he has monies , or you have payed for a survey, keeps the document so that he can put work right without paying for the survey, (which he said he would if I was to pull out if the sale)which is my property. So in the turn I have been tricked into paying for the survey on the mis - sold boat. Please do not have any dealings, as you will regret. Customer service is really poor, with calls not being answered or returned and emails not answered. I would give a zero if I could, very poor service.!!!!!
