Claydon Courtyard Retreat

I arrived feeling absolutely wired after a stressful week but was immediately comforted by the calming rural setting of Claydon Courtyard Retreat.The combination of staying in a converted stables with sumptuous bed and enormous bath was both grounding and spoiling .I really appreciated the emphasis put on Nutritional wellness with delicious vegan and gluten free food as well as the mental and physical wellness that followedlife changing trauma release sessions with Neash and twice daily life enhancing yoga sessions with Ali.glided into my old routine feeling relaxed, invigorated and definitely more inclined to be nicer to those around me ! Recently attended a 2 night yoga retreat at Claydon Court. Was an amazing weekend, everyone was lovely from the practitioners and organisers, to the other participants. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation and surroundings were top notch, food was delicious, vegetarian and gluten free, all dietary requirements were catered for. Loved all of the sessions from yoga, breathwork, hot-tub, country walk etc etc. Was extremely relaxing and felt very looked after and cocooned. Would thoroughly recommend, I came away feeling really relaxed, didn't really want to leave, I think I need to spend every weekend there! :-)

Thank you Nicole and Christine for the warm welcome to your stunning retreat. Ali's yoga class in your fabulous yurt was perfectly aimed at all abilities. After a revitalising drink and some rather lovely home made banana muffins our second session of the day was equally sensational. Venetia breathwork mixed calming techniques and then a fun energising boost to set us up for a tasty vegetarian lunch. I'm looking forward to coming back very soon!

Wow such a magical day. The yurt where we had our classes is a truly unique space and despite it being a chilly day the wood burner kept us wonderfully warm.The yoga was uplifting yet grounding and did wonders for both my mind and body.Lunch was delicious - beautifully prepared with freshly cooked locally sourced produce.Claydon Courtyard Retreat is a beautiful, calm and private setting which is very professionally run by Nicole and Christine and I can't recommend it highly enough. I stepped back into the outside work with renewed energy having met some very special people.

A magical location for a wonderful restorative and relaxing weekend. Yoga on the lawn, a gong bath and breath work sessions in a gorgeous yurt, first time in an ice bath and group bonding around the fire pit. All topped off with the most delicious food throughout w/e and the most dedicated team taking care of our every need. A very special place.

I had the most wonderful break at Claydon Courtyard Retreat. The environment is perhaps the loveliest place I’ve ever stayed. I loved the charming accomodation and luxurious linens. Nicole made us all so welcome and the food was outstanding. I can’t wait to return, for more yoga and at least one more massage!

I had a lovely yoga session in the yurt at Claydon Courtyard Retreat. The sun was streaming in on a cold day and we were warmed by the stove and good vibes. It was a deep and strong class or you could take it at your own pace. It did me the world of good. You can totally switch off. Really welcoming and safe space with a lovely team. Thank you for an amazing weekend, I loved my time at Claydon Courtyard Retreat. You have created such a special, relaxed, safe environment with gorgeous comfy rooms and got some fantastic practitioners, all of them brilliant in their field and so friendly. The structure of the weekend was perfectly paced allowing a relaxed carefree vibe to flow. Loved the meal times, wonderful to sit down three times a day to good food and conversation. The favours were out of this world and it was all presented so beautifully. Thank you for looking after me so well, I can’t wait to come back.
