Excellent service. Took a gold and diamond ring here to be sized, the work was excellent. They worked with me to size the ring properly and even gave it a clean before returning it to me. Definitely recommend!

DO NOT BUY FROM KIRAN AT FACETS IN HAMPSTEAD.I bought an engagement ring from this man who can talk the talk but produces poor quality goods and is a liar.The engagement ring looks very unprofessional as it is asymmetrical in multiple areas which he failed to repair on multiple attempts. The clasps of the diamond are loose and my wife is afraid to wear the ring in case the diamond falls out.Worst of all though the platinum isn't stamped (which I only later realised) and the apparently GIA certified diamond for which I have the certificate, doesn't have a GIA number inscribed on it!This is frankly fraudulent and despite several e-mails and formal letters Kiran has not responded and I will be taking this matter further. I have already contacted the citizens advice bureau who fully support my complaint.

Terrible customer servixe, lied about waiting times and essentially ruined my ring, have taken to a proper jeweler now. avoid this place like the plague.

After waiting for three weeks for my watch to be repaired, i finally asked it back unrepaired and paid 20pounds for a battery (which had been replaced). I should have checked it because that battery was useless.

This place literally ruined my brand new engagement ring. I brought it in to be resized. They completely messed it up and didn't even offer any compensation.

I took my platinum engagement ring here to be resized. The ring was ready in 3 days. The work was done very well, the ring was made smaller so a section of metal was cut out and then the gap joined, but there is only a very miniscule line where the join was done. I am very pleased with it, and the fast service. Maybe the price was a little more than expected, but the shop is in Hampstead and working with platinum is generally more expensive than gold/other metals.

It's a wee little jeweller. Oddly enough: no bells or whistles.

DO NOT GO HERE! They will ruin your jewellery. They ruined my fiancé’s 3000 pound engagement ring. Almost impossible to get ahold of, and if they give you a timetable for some thing being done, I can promise they will take longer than they say. They will offer nothing but lost money, over priced garbage, and subpar service.

The staff here are immensely friendly and have helped me with a range of jewellery tasks, from tiny to (for me) large. No request of mine, however idiosyncratic, has been mocked; each one has been taken seriously to completion. Example: I had a small, essentially worthless old lapel pin that I asked to have gilded. They joined in the fun completely when I chose to upgrade a handful of Turkish rings consisting of decent silver settings and fake stones; thanks to them, these rings now contain unusual and dazzling--and surprisingly affordable--authentic gemstones. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough. For the first time in my life, I have a jeweller I call my own.
