Came recommended by a friend. I was having problems installing new wireless printer and had home visit at short notice on a Saturday morning. Problem solved in a friendly, courteous and utterly professional way. Delighted with the outcome and also excellent value for money. Will now be my first port of call with any computer problem. Had an all in one desktop. Repairs and upgrades were required. The IT specialist Dada took my PC back to their office to do the work. He kept me up to date via text how the work was going and computer was returned in a few days. Dada spent time explaining exactly what had been done and as I had chosen to have a new hard drive installed- he explained exactly what and how to replace my programs. On request- he even installed for me a new and better antivirus. Very pleasant man- not pushy at all- v professional at all times and my PC is running like a new PC". Will definitely be using Dot Com Computers again"

Really impressed with the service. My laptop had bad water damage and he gave me all the information I needed to make a choice between repair or replace including price breakdowns. I chose to replace my laptop and he sourced the exact same model and set it up for me. Very professional and knowledgable. I would recommend to anyone and I am super grateful for the help :)

Outstanding Overall ExperienceI brought a GPU in for testing as it didn't work for my built. I've got the results in the next morning.Very quick and professional service.I can't recommend them enough!

Had my motherboard fitted here, once the board was in the shop the fix was pretty quick, priced quite reasonably as well.Cheers mate!

Great job! I've had 2 laptops repaired here, both very well done and at a fair price. (One had been poorly repaired somewhere else, so I'm very glad I found this place!)

My laptop was repaired really well for a reasonable price. The guy was really lovely, and managed to complete the work with a quick turnaround. I had to ask for updates so only thing that could be improved would be the communication as he was slow at replying to messages and answering questions. But if that doesn't bother you I would recommend.

Don’t get them to fix an iPhone screen! Took a cracked iPhone to them and they gave it back to me all looking pretty good! However the headphone socket on the phone doesn’t work and the top speaker which is there for phone calls now doesn’t work, so all phone calls have to be taken on speaker phone. On taking it back to them they tried to blame damage which was there before I had taken it in as the problem and told me to email the guy that had fixed it. I emailed him several times and no response! There’s a reason they are soo cheap, as you’ll get your phone back in half working order!

Had good service from here over several years. Most recently got a mac book given a new lease of life with a full overhaul. Would recommend.
