Visited the store yesterday with a product needing a specific screw, asked the staff member behind the till if he could help identify a specific screw needed, the staff member was rude stating “we have thousands of screws, could be any” belittled me infront of other customers, another customer noticed and took me to the catalogue at the back and found the product I needed in less than a minute, left and purchased elsewhere.

Good selection of products.Staff knowledge of items good.Service quick.Good parking, but can get crowded during the week with other businesses in the same compound/yard parking is difficult then.Try to choose less busy periods.

Good products but horrible staff on reception, not helpful at all and have an argument with you before you're able to get your order.Need some respect for customers, our company always has trouble.

Excellent range of stock and they tend to keep most of the stuff in the catalogue on the shelf in large quantities. I prefer the St. Andrews branch in Hull, its easier to park. Staff are always good, but no coffee machine! ☹️

Just want to give a big thank you to the staff at this department excellent service excellent knowledge and above and beyond.Came in to purchase a shower realised the plumbing wasn't correct the guy in that section was superb sorted me out with what I needed explained quite a bit about the shower many thanks.It's all up and working thanks to all your help and I can't thank you enough.Regards Steve Scarborough

Most of what I wanted wasn't in stock never gave it a thought about extra demand due to lockdowns and more people doing DIY jobs. However special praise to the assistant Kerry for the effort in ensuring that I did get some of the items that I required.

Great service, order in advance is best way to be in and out quickly. Small waiting area, can can busy at times. Staff are great, very helpful
