Nice place Great staff Great food only down side is if you want a quick meal think again. This place allows you to take your time and enjoy your meal without the feeling of being rushed out the door.

This was a great restaurant to go drinking at, with a flashy design that includes decorations like guitars and bicycles! The counter is well-presented, staff were nice and the seating is comfortable. Me and my friend enjoyed our cocktails, although the service was rather on the slow side.

The only real saving grace here was our server, Lincoln, who was genuinely faultless and a credit to this place. If it wasn't for him, it would have been 1 star across the board.The 3 female waitresses ignored us the entire time we were there, it took around 30 minutes for us to even have our drinks order taken.The food was okay - nothing special, but not bad. VERY overpriced.

Food was great. Had been about a year ago and wasn't impressed with it but I have to say it has improved by miles now. Service was friendly if a little slow when first entering the store. It soon picked up as soon as we were seated. Overall great experience and I will be going back soon.

We arrived at 6 30pm after one hour waiting still the food wasn't delivered. The atmosphere was great, but when you try to have a good time with your loved ones and the service is bad, the whole experience has been ruined. I'm very disappointed with TGI.

Came to derby to visit parents, my dad has dementia. Both parents are gluten free. It was quiet as a Friday midday. The waitress Sinitta immediately remembered my parents from being there only once before and they remembered her as said how nice she was last time. She welcomed us, sat and chatted and basically made us feel welcome. The fact she remembered my parents (in their 70’s) was so amazing! They made sure and double checked for gluten allergies which they both had and food was lovely! I don’t live in derby but I know they will be back again because they felt so looked after!

Came here after not visiting for 6 years due to me going plant based, upon seeing they now offer plant based. I made a visit, and I can honestly say the food was not good. I ordered the taco shells which were okay but two tiny tacos for 12 pounds is insane. The loaded fries were barely loaded. It was just a small bowl of fries a little drizzle the bacon bits tasted of fried air.The burger was overdone and tastless and the cutlery was dirty.The waiter didn't note that hardly anything was eaten from our table and didnt check in to see if we were okay. Probably cos they know the food wasn't good.As we paid our exorbitant bill and got up to leave, we passed a long party table were everybody had also left nearly all therefood too. So I don't think it's just a plant based menu thing.The service was okay. At the front desk when we got in we were told the tables are over there. We weren't shown to them.I wouldn't come again.

The atmosphere is nice, but the food was horrific,I had the vegan burger, it was so bad I can't even explain how awful it tasted. The food is extremely over priced. The food took nearly an hour and a half to come also. First and last time coming here. The staff are lovely though, and the milkshake was nice but too over priced.Over all I would definitely not recommend it.

TGI Fridays - Derby
It was my first visit to a TGI Friday's and I am very impressed. I loved the theme of the place and how the low lighting made the room more intimate. The waiting staff were amazing and very friendly. The food was delicious! I'm not normally a fan of burgers but the one I had here was fantastic, really tasty and juicy. The fries were dead nice, too. Definitely a place to visit again.
