I would highly recommend Mark Lloyd and Carmel at Cook and Talbot. Mark has been our solicitor for both buying and selling a property. The property we bought was a particularly complicated sale. I could not fault Marks communication, knowledge and professionalism throughout the whole process. We also found the staff on reception to be extremely helpful putting us at ease throughout the whole process.
