Niamh was fantastic! She talked to me about my expectations and the look I wanted for my hair. She also offered her guidance and opinion and then we discussed a plan for future appointments in order to start to make improvements to my hair condition. I was so impressed with Niamh and how comfortable she made me feel that I booked in for her to manage my hair colouring. Thank you so much!

A great cut, wash and style from Byron. Gave me exactly what I wanted and really took his time, his experience in the industry shows. Had a nice chat the entire time. I’d highly recommend!

Went and had a hair cut today at yume, was a great experience and a lovely cut. They understood what I wanted and were also happy to incorporate my many requests. The atmosphere was also great! I tend to get anxious in these situations but the ladies at the salon were lovely and put me right at ease.

Niamh has been doing my hair for years and I couldn’t be happier every time. I live in the Midlands now and I will still travel every time for Niamh to do my hair! I’m obsessed with the cut and colour, thanks so much again Niamh! X

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Yume! Gwen was nothing short of fabulous, and the way she put me at ease and spoke to me about the process throughout was so reassuring! She even took out to time to teach me about my hair type, porosity and the products that’d suit it. 10/10 highly recommended, and i’m never visiting any other place again.Ps - Ask for Gwen if you can, she’s awesome x

Lauren was incredible! I can’t wear my hearing aids during a cut so was profoundly deaf, which is quite anxiety inducing. Lauren communicated everything to me perfectly and I felt so well looked after and cared for, not to mention the amazing results of my new hair! Already know I’ll be going back to her in the future!
