Really enjoyed this co-op, went in on the tattoo for a few wee tinnies to enjoy the festivities with. I was impressed by the vast selection of worldwide alcoholic beverages which I think represents a modern and open Scotland accepting of all worlds cultures. The staff smiled when they asked for my ID and actively improved my mood and ultimately my day. If I'm ever in town again then I know where to purchase my beverages to clean my pallet.

I was very disappointed with co-op today as they have put in a self service till brand new and it malfunctioned . Although on a more positive note they have widened the space between the shelfs which is a great thing as they were very narrow before .

They’ve introduced a two-person limit due to shoplifting, so I had to queue for just under 15 minutes to buy what I wanted. This caused me to go to Tesco afterwards, to continue my shopping.

A bit crowded but have most day to day groceries. Seem to have problems with their checkout systems as they have failed and required re-boots twice in the last three visits.

Co-op store just as you would imagine. A good selection of products with some good offers. Good value, friendly and helpful staff. Only real downside it gets very crowded with school children at break time.

My friend said ‘it was a top notch Co-op’ - need I say any more? I went to Kirkcudbright on a pleasant summer’s ever during the world famous Tattoo event. Initially dissatisfied that the shop did not have a tattoo facility I was later pleased by their supplies of beer - although I wish my colleagues had bought Tennants #ALessonForNextYear
