F.Oh.Oh.D

I had a great time during my 1:1 breads course, I felt completely out of my comfort zone at the beginning having never done any course like this before but F.Oh.Oh.D set up is like walking into (a better version of!) your home kitchen and Graeme quickly put me at ease.Once the theory I had learnt and the practical skills meshed I felt a wave of ‘I can actually do this’. Graeme ensured everything was moving at a pace I was happy with and I felt a lot was covered during the morning.I have taken what I learnt and have made more loaves at home and I continue to look forward to experimenting with bread further.
