Great value for money round !Amazing condition considering the recent weather and practically empty.Temp tees and greens I thought were surprising considering the rest of the course is in great condition !Would love a summer round and will re visit

Nice golf course. played in summer 2018 when it was very dry and Bouncy so it was quite difficult and unfortunately they were struggling with the greens. apparently they are normally very good.the other idiosyncrasy is that apparently you can play quite a few holes by playing the drive onto another Fairway. some very tight landing areas off the drive. definitely you need a strong strategy on quite a few holes. you can hit an iron off quite a few T's. driver win also put you in a stream going across if you're not careful on one or two more holes.out of bounds comes very close on quite a few holes also. E.g.. 8th, 10th 16th, 18th on both sides with the dreaded internal out of bounds.overall a real thinking man's golf course.

Depressing place. Used to be house members but didn’t renew as the food quality and the service thereof just plummeted. Grossly overpriced and the menu doesn’t deliver what it offers. Saffron rice with the ‘bang bang chicken’ was yellow in colour but it wasn’t from the use of saffron, but Turmeric. Just one annoying example. An advertised ‘warm’ chocolate fudge cake came out fridge cold and when it was sent back to warm up it came out cold again! Dreadful stuff.

Good course and decent food. Not the most welcoming place though - hard to believe a sports club would go out of its way to identify with one side of the community in its emblems and photographs. Disappointing.

Pretty good, if a little expensive. Greens were in excellent condition, and there was some interesting verticality, but pretty much no water hazards or testing power 3’s. Also don’t expect to get many scenic views, you get the odd glimpse of the sea but it’s not really a feature of the course. Overall a good course, in great condition, but a little steep at £35 for the round. Would recommend Scrabo if you’re in the area.

Great course brilliantly turned out for president's day, the club house is bright and airy with brilliant sea views Great staff food was excellent, a great venue for any occasion we really enjoyed our day

Played in a Friday open for £12 which is great value. Used to be a member there so great to revisit and see how much it has changed over the years. Will be back soon as work colleagues thought the open deal too good to miss.The bar was dead on but no food available that day as they were getting a new caterer in... I'm sure they will do well. Good to see Gordy of course too...

Great course very well maintained, greens fast and true

City Lights Boutique Hotel was a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The decor was modern and chic, and the rooms were well-appointed with comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, offering great local recommendations. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. The only minor downside was limited parking, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.
