Came in for some food as my nephew works here. CJ on front was smiling and friendly. Andy was in the kitchen, the food was superb.

I just had to leave a review, my experience in caffe carluccio's was incredible. Sophie was a wonderful barista and I will definitely be coming again. I ordered a latte with half a shot of espresso and it was done absolutely perfect.

Sophie is a lovely young lady; she’s very polite, friendly, and very efficient. That is the only good thing I can say about the service in the new ‘Carluccio’ cafe in Tesco Redditch. The waiting time for just 2 hot drinks, when there’s only about 10 other customers in and there are 3 others behind the serving counter, is about 18 minutes average. Absolutely appalling service. The breakfasts are reasonable quality but minimal size and very expensive; ‘shrinkflation’ is definitely the case here as it is in most establishments. The biggest problem though is the total inefficiency and lack of customer respect of all of the serving staff - except for Sophie

The food was really good, loved the fish and chips. Sophie makes a beautiful latte and is always friendly and chatty when I come in.

Was able to mix a fish bites from Harry Ramsdens and chocolate brownie from Carluccios. Both were delicious, served fast and with a smile. Would deffinatly recommend.

All change again!!Popped in for breakfast initially to check out the refit, while having the car cleaned.I've since been a few times.There's plenty of parking for the store as expected.Staff were friendly and welcoming as ever, when placing my order and delivering the food once ready.There's lovely booths and plenty of tables to sit.The menu is now a mixture of Eds Diner, Harry Ramsden and Carluccios.Lots of choice, grab a quick bite to eat or chill with friends and family for breakfast, lunch or dinner.The decor has changed so many times over the years, but always the same great service as you would expect for a Tesco store.Every time they change it, they don't compromise on quality, price or taste.
