Milk it!

Amazing place .... nothing was too much trouble, and when my order got to much for me to carry with a toddler in tow, the lovely lady helped with carrying coffee and ice cream across the road... the ice cream was delicious, the coffee was really good and hit the spot and the doughnut made there and then ... just wow.

Asked for a Bubblegum ice-cream screwball, was given a whippy screwball. Was THEN told screwballs only come as a whippy. So I just paid £3 to put a bubblegum on my son's scoop of bubblegum ice-cream, as the whippy ice cream here is nasty yellow stuff, not the fluffy white whippy they show in pics. I told the child serving that I didn't want the whippy but they charged me for it anyway. I won't be going back.

Great ice cream by the sea. We had Chocolate and Cherry Bakewell. Staff friendly too.

Amazing food (chips, fresh doughnuts etc) and first class customer service from the gentleman that served us. Went with wife and kids and was particularly impressed with the way we were spoken to - welcoming, friendly and generous. Fluffy chips was too good for me but my wife loved the freshly made doughnuts. My sons were spoilt by the too many options for ice creams. And when Yaseen accidentally dropped his ice cream the owner (assuming) kindly gave him a replacement without charge. We also received good local information about Sandown and the Isle of Wight. You made our day special and we pray that you have a prosperous business for many decades to come. We recommend anyone visiting Sandown/IOW, to visit your place especially if you are from abroad - you will not feel like a stranger at this place! A truly amazing place and a wonderful man waiting to serve you excellent service, warmth and generosity. Now, go and Milk it.

I came here over the Summer and was served by a lovely staff member called Becky who treated me with respect and kindness. She must have been under such pressure that day due to the huge number of customers in the summer weather, but she served me efficiently and politely, which is a real credit to this amazing place. The ice cream was cheap, served generously and really delicious: could I ask for more?

Spectacular spot for tasty treats! This friendly team offer milkshakes, donuts, churros and ice cream like many other seaside shops but have taken things to the next level with flavours and toppings galore. For sure it is a calorific bombshell but if you are in need of a sweet treat head here!

Genuinely made my holiday! I love sweet stuff and this was just a slice of heaven! I had the banana split tray and it was just to die for. Couple of scoops of banana split ice cream (which is amazing in its self as its Kelly ice cream), soft serve ice cream, strawberry sauce, white chocolate sauce, chunks of banana for my healthy side, whipped cream and then to pop it off Nutella sauce! I got 3 spoons... think your supposed to share it... oooops! In my eyes its was worth every penny, just the shear weight of it! We sat and ate on the benches over the road over looking the sea... lovely! Very friendly staff, happy and jolly! If you love your sweet stuff and and ice cream this has to be on your list to visit and indulge!
