We bought a total cool when our caravan fridge failed.Amazing product! Love its controls. Able to use as a fridge or freezer! We have also used for bringing back freezer hauls for farm shop. Highly recommend!Works really well in the caravan awning.

Bought one of the cool boxes at the Southampton Boat show 2023 the staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the products and the product itself is well designed.. It takes a number of bottles of wine! Great product and customer service was quick to reply to queries. Good company to do business with.

Where do I start we first heard about Total Cool at the Camping and Caravan show in Feb 2022 at the NEC. There Customer service and experience are fantastic, to top it off they manufacture in the UK!We have 2 Jackery batteries and wanted some solar panels to charge them while we are camping off grid. Jackery do produce their own, however they aren't waterproof. Which isn't the best in our wonderful climate.After spending too much time surfing the net to find some waterproof portable Solar Panels, it was lovely to actually speak to people in person at the show. We were loosing hope as most stands at the show which produced solar panels weren't able to accommodate our needs. This was until we came to the Total Cool stand, we were so impressed by the fridges, batteries and their air con machine, when they said they did Solar panels too, they were 100w portable compact and waterproof. WE WERE SOLD!!We've done a few weekends away camping testing there performance charging our batteries and overall they are brilliant. Unless you have a full overcast/ rainy sky you're set to go.The solar panels can be seen on the pics for how compact they are, to how wide they are unfolded. they come supplied with various DC adaptor sizes to fit a variety of DC input on different branded batteries. they also have a USB and USB C port for charging devices direct.The real test will be in July 2022 for 2 weeks camping off grid in Northumberland. The batteries will be running our fridge, lights and charging devices. So lets hope the good old British weather is good to us so our solar panels can be put to use.Only negative we can say about Total cool is we are disappointed we didn't find them sooner then our fridge and battery would have all been purchased from them!Thank youElizabeth - West Yorkshire

Not only fantastic products but platinum customer service.Long story short, ended up in the South of France with my new Totalfreeze 55 but….had left the power leads at home!Contacted the company who got straight on it and sent the new leads in record time. Currently relaxing watching my warm beer cool.Very very impressed.Thank you.

Very pleased with the customer service at Total Cool. The 55 litre fridge / freezer worked well on its' first camping festival trip. Even with a power outage overnight, it didn't defrost.I thought there was a manufacturing defect with a very small hole in the lid. I've been informed that it is for a tiny tool in case the lid ever needs to be removed.

Exceptional service. I ordered a Totalcool fridge freezer on Thursday 7th September at 11-30 am and it arrived the next day at 8-20 am.I spoke to a lady called Kelly who was extremely helpful and pleasant so a massive thankyou and I fully recommend this company..PS my son has this fridge/freezer and he is over the moon with it hence the reason I have bought one. It is a great piece of kit.

We bought a Total Cool 3000 cooling system at a trade show to use in the back of our van to keep our dogs cool.However when we came to use it the plug wouldn't fit into the socket at the back of the unit.We contacted Total Cool on Monday evening, heard back from them Tuesday morning, they arranged to have the unit collected on Wednesday and the unit was returned to us fully repaired Saturday morning.A first rate product, it keeps the back of the van nice and cool for the dogs and a first rate Customer Service, I can't speak highly enough of this company

We first met Totalcool at the Yorkshire Show a few years ago. Their products looked ace, they were British, and there was no hard sell. So, we put them on our wish list for the Sahara trek we were planning.The first item we bought was the Totalfreeze 45 which we took with us to Morocco for three weeks earlier this year. It handled +40oC in the desert, washboard driving through the Oued Draa, and salty days surfing in Imsouane. It also helped us enjoy chilled drinks and flapjack watching the sunset at 8,000ft over the Atlas Mountains. It's on a par of ruggedness with our Jeep and we were hooked.Since our trip we’ve bought another 45L fridge for our son's Uni room, a 50L fridge for the beach, an air cooler, and the power/solar panel combi for our next adventure in Portugal. We’ll certainly be using the products for what they’re designed for. We might even be able to change the sticker to ‘This family is cooled and powered by Totalcool’.We’ve had lots of fun chatting to the team at various shows. We’ve even found a connection with my hubby’s hometown of Hull and my red rose of Lancashire.Anyway, if you want something that’s rugged, looks great, and handles extremes, Totalcool is for you. What’s more, it’s British.

Totalcool 3000 Air Cooler – Camo Green In the current climate we are in of an unusually hot 37 degrees plus every day and not dropping much by night this compact unit has proved invaluable to keep the air in our van cooler and circulated. It is important to increase the ventilation for optimum efficiency of this unit. Easy to use, store and even the colour matches our van! It's great to deal with a friendly very helpful local company too.

Purchased a 55 litre portable fridge freezer at Southampton Boat show. Very helpful sales people pointed out we could have it delivered to our boat in Croatia free and not incur tax or cistoms duty. It duly arrived 1 week later. Brilliant service
