Quoted fairly and promptly, seemed professional and knowledgeable so agreed for Andrew to undertake work. This was back in May. It is now November, almost winter, and the work has yet to commence, thus my property remains vulnerable to water ingress. The one time I was successful in getting Andrew on the phone (in September) he reluctantly admitted that he had taken on too much work and had employed substandard help and thus had got himself into a rut. Promised my work would be prioritised but again didn't show and has since stopped replying to emails or answering calls. To make matters worse I paid Andrew a sizeable deposit, which I will now have to pursue, most likely through a lengthy court process. Dishonest, unreliable and borderline criminal. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent service provided. Andrew repaired all the cement on my roof ridge and did an excellent job. He was very professional to deal with, he provided a detailed quote which was very reasonable.Would recommend him and I will certainly use him again if the need arises.

Andrew was quick and responsive to a roof tile replacement that was needed after a storm. Communication throughout was spot on.

I contacted Elite Roofing to get to the bottom of some water ingress we were experiencing. Andrew was quick to respond with a reassuring empathy for our situation. He visited our property to assess the leak within a day or two and came up with a best course of action. He was transparent throughout, and the work was very fairly priced and carried out in excellent time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elite Roofing to anyone and I would certainly be using them again should the need arise.

Andrew from Elite Roofing & Exterior Painting replaced some of the ridge unions (plastic strips holding ridge tiles together) that had come off our roof. Few months later we noticed that one of the unions that he had replaced had come off. We asked him to come and fix it. After a few emails, cancellations and non-attendances he eventually came and re-instated the union. Two months later the same union, and another one that he had fitted, came off. We contacted him again and asked him to come and refit these. Few emails and non-attendances have followed since then and after three months the unions have not been re-fitted; he is not even answering our emails any more. So, to our experience, Andrew and his Elite Roofing & Exterior Painting are totally unreliable and with sub-standard workmanship. Any guarantees that they provide are worthless as they do not come back to remedy their work. Avoid!

Used Andrew's services on two separate properties. The first was to repair cracked harling due to age and paint both sides of a terraced house, the second to colour match and paint all woodwork soffits following upgraded window replacement and also to carry out remedial roof repairs. Extremely happy with work carried out on both occasions with price and finished result. Would have no hesitation in using again or recommending to others.
