ELR installations are very reliable and professional with great knowledge of the industry. Installed windows with care and attention also the installation team were very friendly, would highly recommend.

Louis and Ryan came out to fix our double glazing following us buying a house with badly fitted windows. They promptly recognised the issues and fixed them by taking them out & re-fitting the windows correctly. They were fantastic, really professional, polite, knowledgable and worked with real care and diligence. Nothing was too much trouble and would really pleased with the work they completed. Would definitely recommend them.

These people came to make a bay window watertight and charged £800 only to make the problem of water pouring into our kitchen worse. !! We have tried to contact them on a number of occasions and although promising to turn op they failed to do so. they are totally unprofessional and their workmanship is worse than useless and very expensive

We had our windows changed last week by elr installations and from the start they were extremely helpful and professional. The price quoted was extremely reasonable in comparison to other companies we had approached for the same job.John and his team were super punctual arriving on time every day and doing an excellent job with installation. They even cleaned up after themselves and removed all our old windows.The finished work is beautifully done and we are very very happy with the new windows.Thank you to John, Ellen and the elr installations team for a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend elr installations for anyone looking for good quality, reasonably priced double glazing.
