They provide an excellent service. I got a problem with a device, that i ordered one year ago.The reseller quickliy respond and told me, that they spoke with the manufacturer (CTP Systems), that I can send it to them.Short time later repaired device was on the way back to me, and they also added a little useful bag for device. I'm very happy with the service and can totally recommend the companys service
