I visit this place regularly for a pedicure. Uts only really to have toe nails cut but they do a brilliant job each time. Friendly and good people. They have been at it a long time so must be doing something right. Nail bars are always busy too with regular customers.

Lovely staff, this was my second visit and I have had the same lady on both visits to the salon, I will definitely be back! I had my previous acrylics removed and had a new set, I wasn't sure what I wanted this time and the lady made a couple of reccomendations, I ended up going for a beautiful ombre of light pink and violet and then a lovely glitter on my ring fingers, fast, efficient, friendly and left a very happy customer! The salon is lovely and very relaxed too! 5 stars all round!

Absolutely awful experience last week, walk in appointments aloud . Very unprofessional, rude and also very unsanitary salon, used to be very good when it was called sapphire , think it’s got new management and new staff. Such a shame…they cut my fingers badly, nails were wonky and very overly aggressive when handling your hands and pulley. They aren’t the friendliest especially the lady with a bob. Several better salons in Notts

I had my infills done here and within 2 days the nail was chipping due to the cheap nail polish they use. I also had a allergy test to have my lashes done, and after 2 days when i returned i had no reaction but the silly manager said i cannot have my lashes done. Very unprofessional shop.

I have recently used his service for acrylic infils which were left wonky and bumpy. I left the salon and had to go back for them to be rectified to which they said it was because of the glitter. When I was finished they made the prices up as they had told me one price but charged me another. I will not be using this shop again as there are plenty of other good nail salons around.

Poor service, unprofessional.I have visited this shop twice and each time the price was made up. They rush and leave the nails sharp and miss shaped. I won't be using this service again, better nail shops around that are more friendly and better service.

Unfortunately nails done wrong. Fogged up. Staff in a hurry, inaccurate. While I was sitting in the chair, other people came in. They promised to take care of them in 10 minutes, and buk race against time. Therefore, the nails were inaccurately done. Here it is quantity that counts, not quality unfortunately

I found the man who works here very abrupt andun-approachable. Spoke to a lady who intervened, she was lovely and offered for me to come back on Monday, so the lady who did my nails could correct the issue.16/04/18So I returned today and the lady who I was told would correct my nails, was in. This lady was very polite and repaired my nails without an issue. I left the nail salon a happy customer and will return for my future appointment.

Staff are friendly. Been here 4 times now, nails have been lovely everytime and gel polish lasts well between visits, no chipping. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because their plastic screens that are directly infront of your face have the same stains on from months ago. So I'm assuming they are not cleaned, literally looks like they have dried up cough/sneeze residue on which makes me uncomfortable.

It must be a couple of years since I last visited and my hands and feet were desperately in need of attention. They now look and feel great all ready for my holiday.
