An excellent service provided by Charlie, couldn’t of asked for better 10/10.After being left disappointed and dissatisfied by a couple of local roofers, Charlie and his team were able to attend to the roof and repair the damage.Lovely team, very well mannered and professional! Very good price, fast and good quality service, 100% recommended.

Excellent job done by Charlie and his team. Soffits and facias sorted as well as ridge tiles and roof verges fitted with modern maintenance free materials. I was kept updated throughout the job of progress and what work was being done. I’m happy to recommend Dhm

***SCAMMERS - Do not use!! ***Paid to fix a failed dry verge system...this was the result 1 day after they left guaranteeing they would never come off. Promised to attended the next day - no show. Promised to come at the weekend following no show or contact. We waited patiently and still nothing. Eventually replied saying the job now needed a cherry picker - took him 3 weeks and still no cherry picker. I found one in less than 20 minutes! His failure and here I am doing all of the running around! This con man is full of excuses claiming he cisited our property 3 times at a distance to him....in fact he popped by after already being at a Job less than 15 minutes away. Claiming the dry verge failure was the reason for the work failing....well that's what you were paid to fix! I have all of the voice messages of him clearly stating what the issue was and that he could fix , alongside all of the messages where he ignored us, then promised a refund twice which never materialised. Thought you didn't need to keep £1 of our money Charlie, clearly you do! Feel free to comment and I will share all of this with you! STEER WELL CLEAR!!
