Fireplace Warehouse Liverpool

So made up with my new gas fire and fireplace. Fitters were excellent so quick and tidy. Would recommend to anyone

We purchased a glass fronted gas log fire from The fireplace Warehouse a few weeks ago. At the time we were not ready to have it fitted. Steve the salesman who handled everything had given us a lot of advice in the showroom showing us many different fires until we chose the one we wanted. It was nice to see all the fires we looked at, all gas, Steve was able to switch them all on. This was not the case in other places we had been to as some fireplace shops could only light up one or two fires to view. Everything about The Fireplace Warehouse gave us great confidence to buy from them. Today the fitter Tom arrived with his buddy Sean bang on time. We had cleared the room and put floor protection down on the wooden floors in the hallway and lounge, but it was good to see they also added their own. The old fireplace was removed in no time at all, and while the new fire needed to be fitted flush onto the wall and needed brickwork taken out it was all done with a minimum of fuss. Tom made good where it was required due to the old fireplace and the new one being different shapes. Just over 3 hours after they arrived Tom was giving us a demonstration on how the controls worked, They had tidied up as best as they could and then they were on to their next job. We are more than satisfied with the whole experience from start to finish and would have no hesitation in recommending The Fireplace Warehouse

Very happy with our bespoke electric fireplace and media wall, we wanted to add bespoke features to the surround of the fireplace which the joiner sorted with no problem. The built in electric fireplace is beautiful, gives off a lot of heat despite only being electric, able to switch the inserts (coal/logs/bark) so can change the look every few months if you wish. Guys in the shop very helpful, all straight forward. Thank you

From the moment I walked into the showroom I received excellent customer service. I didn’t feel under pressure at all and the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable showing me various options and then leaving me time to consider. Once I placed my order they gave regular updates around delivery and fitting. Installation was also a great experience again friendly guys who did a brilliant job bricking up where a vent needed to be removed. Their attention to detail was without fault and they checked with me on regular intervals to ensure I was happy at every stage. I can’t recommend this place highly enough and would certainly recommend it to anyone!

What an amazing experience, not only were they unbeatable on price their customer service was exceptional.We bought our fireplace back in June, and due to a house renovation we only managed to set it up December. Unknown to everyone (I blame the hubby) the front glass pane from our electric fire went missing. I called the shop to explain and they were very sympathetic and more than happy to help.Within a week they had me a new glass pane free if charge.Can’t thank them enough and will definitely be recommending them to friends.

We purchased a beautiful wooden surround a couple of months ago and opted to pay for delivery. It arrived uncovered and with a dent on the corner. After alerting the shop of this incident they became very defensive and told us that ‘we have been delivering fireplaces for 20 years’ and that there no way this could have happened in transit. We were hoping for a little acknowledgment that it could have been an accident and to perhaps be offered a small discount for the inconvenience, alternatively we would have settled with a full refund and to return the item. After several phone calls, no one got back to us. Little disappointed in the whole experience really.

Good selection of fireplaces. But...I'm not in the business of leaving 'less than good' reviews, but I felt that when we visited last week to do some research into the type of fire we would love to have in our space we found the man we spoke to a touch condescending. He told us 'you'd have more chance of winning the lottery than finding a tunnel fire to fit'. Not once, not twice but three times. We have subsequently visited other fireplace showrooms and know that it is complicated but not impossible. And while I do appreciate honesty, we came to look for ways we could achieve our vision, not 100 ways we couldn't. Apart from that negativity he was pleasant enough and like I say the showroom had plenty to choose from.
