When we lost our hot water and heating we initially struggled to find plumbers who would answer the phone. We then got a recommendation for Andrew of Peps Plumbing. He answered immediately, came that day as soon as he could, and looked into the problem. It turned out to be a major problem with water inside the boiler and he couldn't fix it at that point. He then offered various options and was always quick to answer any questions that we had. We were then under time pressure to get it fixed that week and Andrew worked to the dates that we needed and got it all done.Overall very professional and good to deal with.

Andrew is a genuinely nice guy. He fitted a boiler for me on a Sunday morning. He worked flat out! He didn’t slow down once. I made him two coffees, he drank both warm to cold as he was working so hard. He cleaned up after he was finished, the only clue he was ever here was the new boiler on the wall.
