These guys are dedicated to offering the best service they canI had an insurance job having been hit by another car my car went into repair at local garageEnterprise picked me up from garage returning me to enterprise where my pristine courtesy car awaited..when repairs were delayed due to supplier issues they extended my hire periodI collected my car from garage, dropped the keys in to them and enterprise collected hire car laterI am deaf and rely on emails and texts..they communicated brilliantlyI loved my hire car for the short period I had and thankyou all for a fantastic service givenJust one question?? On reading the other reviews they had a full tank of petrol ⛽️..mine was on red ..was it supposed to be full ?

Totally incredible team. Everything from the initial booking call to the drop off today was smooth as and the team are incredibly helpful and friendly. Mr Tom was professional and conscientious talking me through everything I needed to know and even giving me some tips on stacking furniture (the whole reason we needed a hire van). The branch manager as well was very diligent in getting some potential issues sorted for us, very proactive and i'm really impressed by the team as a whole. I'm not one for a google review usually but I was so blown away by the service I felt this was a must. I'll be a returning customer!

Due to my car being in for accident repair, I was contacted by Enterprise to supply a courtesy car.The car was ready on time, clean with a full tank of fuel. I was contacted during the hire to see if everything was OK and again when my car was repaired.The staff were very helpful and the customer service was above what I was expecting. Thanks to Elin for looking after me.

The team is so helpful. I needed a vehicle to get back from Rugby to Ringwood due to my car breaking down. They did everything they could to make sure I could get home. Highly recommend.

Great service from the team at Rugby. Our house move was unexpectedly postponed at the last minute and the guys at this branch went above and beyond to make sure I was refunded for my booking. Special thanks to Prem and Frazer for making a difficult day a little easier. Will definitely be booking again soon
