Great piece of engineering. I just happened to be on the Grand Union Canal for a holiday and admired it from the canal boat.

nice views to walk. If you walk a little bit, you can help boats pass.

A fascinating piece of history with good views.A tunnel underneath gives you access to another canal walk.To the left you also have Ouse Valley Park.If you're lucky you'll see the ice cream man selling at the end of the bridge !!

Well worth going over on foot or boat. Walking under and down the river is also a great view and takes you via the medieval village ruins.

Worth a visit if you are into history this being a great example of engineering from the time. It is also a nice area to walk round starting at either wollaston or cosgrove
