Had the most amazing massage with Amy, I was in so much pain with my back and my knees but after my massage I walked out pain free and I have never felt so good I will definitely be back and can’t recommend enough!!!

I was really pleased with this place! It was relaxing and clean and was a very calming experience all round. Good prices for the quality of service as well.I have gotten an hour thai massage and was also asked specific areas in where you feel needs attending to. So each person will get tailored experience!I will definitely recommend this place!

Body and mind MOT 65 is the best in holistic therapy, the team offer world class treatments including Nuad Toksen an ancient massage technique using a hammer that work your sen lines with rhythmic tapping. The signature massage is truly amazing and the 4 hands is unbelievably good. This place really can heal mind and body. Thank you so much to Chad and Nakee.

I’ve been suffering from really sore neck, shoulders and weirdly arms due to COVID working from home set-up.I felt instantly better following the massage and 12 hours later can still really feel the benefits. I’ll certainly be going again.

Absolutely incredible massage from Daniel today, Annie was also amazing last time, for someone that has massages all of the time for pain management due to a whole host of health conditions, I genuinely cannot even begin to put into words the skillset and level of the Therapists at Body & Mind MOT. World class treatment. If I lived closer I would be coming every week without a doubt.
