Not going back...The fod wasn't nice, and my order was wrong. The staff were more concern in chatting than taking the order correctly.I gave it couple of chances, and it was the same every time.

I’ve used papions for years when fancy a kebab, but I will never ever order again after tonight’s take out, burnt chips , melted box, doner meat was chunky pale and dripping in grease, had awful attitude of the guy that came on phone, was really rude making comments like what u want me to do change my knife, and you not that regular as u not used us for 42 days !!! I mean I don’t have one every night , then after about 15 mins on the phone he sent another up that was even worse… wish I could put photos in this review, absolutely disgusting! What a shame as was the best place to get a kebab for yrs ,

pizza tasted like cardboard, next to no bbq base toppings were 'meh' and a lil overcooked, won't be getting food from here again.

Great food, friendly happy smiling staff, Order on- line, ring to collect or home delivery...Cracking pizzas. I prefer a Doner meat pizza, extra cheese! LoL.

Ordered from here as Domino's was shut.....never again. Completely tasteless pizza with no flavour whatsoever. I had 'spicy' chicken which had absolutely no spice at all, not even a hint. Service was good, as was the ordering process, but with a pizza as bland as this we will most certainly not be ordering from here again.

I think there’s been a take over at Papinos! Always number one for a takeaway, but not so good recently!!! Bit disappointed as it’s been in Neath for years! Hopefully it can pull round and be as good as it was!!!!Staff are brilliant as they’ve always been but I think how busy they have been has affected the business!!! Good luck into getting back to being the best kebab house in Neath

Standard of food was shockingly bad. Burnt bun and burger didn’t look appealing , burnt kebab meat , paid for Garlic sauce recieved nothing , mother ordered 2 kid burger meals and only received burger then to be told they didn’t do burger meal anymore so left 2 kids with only a burger to eat . We’ve ordered many times before and never had a bad word to say. Very disappointed

Great staff, food is good, (well everything we've had, once a week, over the years) I Recommend, if you don't fancy cooking, fall out of the pub or on the off chance.
