Food was very average, went for a roast dinner as a family, potatoes were very dry, gravy was thin and veg was really sweet.Very expensive at £22.50 a roast, had much better for less.Waiting staff were distant.

It was a fantastic meal after a day on the trains at the Bluebell Railway. Just a few minutes' drive from the trains, we found this delightful pub/restaurant. Our family of 9 ate here, and we all absolutely loved it.The staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming. The service was swift, the food was beautifully presented and tasted even better!As it was a special birthday occasion, we had a cake with us that the kitchen staff were more than happy to store, light, and bring out for the birthday boy. It made our evening here extra special, and we left full to the brim after failing to resist the desert menu!The food was varied, locally-based, and had plenty of vegetarian options. We highly recommend and will certainly be back if we are in the area again.

7 of us arrived for lunch hadn't booked, staff were really friendly, food was great & we had a very good lunch! In fact 2 of us went back a few days late & just as good. Nice big car park too. Highly recommend!

Quality pub grub. Had Olives to start with Lamb and mushroom Pie and mash for the main and shared a truffle mac and cheese with the wife. Friendly staff, great service can't fault the place. Hopefully visit again soon!

Beautiful large garden area with shade. Good selection of draught larger. Food served but I only stayed for a drink. Short walk north to a Bluebell Railway crossing just West of Sheffield Park

The second time in the past few months that we have been disappointed by the food and the pricing. £25.00 for a small bavette steak, chips and a few plain lettuce leaves. Starters priced around £9.50 and many beers over £6.00. The pub was almost empty on a Thursday evening, which I think speaks for itself. A year a go we were recommending a visit to the The Sloop, but can’t do this anymore. Now off of our places to go for a nice meal.

Did a circular walk from Heaven Farm and popped in for lunch after looking for a country pub with great atmosphere, good food and local beers and it ticks all those boxes ...I recommend the Bluebell Brewery best. The menu is limited but then good things come in small packages so they say. Give it a go if you are like me and hankering after a good ol' fashioned type country pub experience with modern day top notch service...

Lovely pub. Came here for father's day and sat outside in great garden. Lots of space for kids to run around. Service is a good, and food is fantastic. The scotch egg is one of the best. Lamb roast was very good. Good kids menu. Lovely setting. We will have many returns here.

Excellent value, top notch gastropub cuisine, and exemplary friendly service. We were a party of four on a midweek evening. The pub had a nice atmosphere, and the staff were chatty and knowledgeable about the menu and the specials. Two of us tried a sharing steak with a choice of sauces, which was cooked to our specification perfectly and extremely tasty. Puddings were excellent, too. Highly recommended.
