Bupa Dental Care Windsor

If I could give 10 stars I would. My previous dentist from an another surgery kept fobbing me off with antibiotics and saying I may need a re root canal. But having three already so soon I thought I need a second opinion. I was in a lot of pain and my gums were bleeding more than usual. So I thought I come to Bupa Dedworth Rd. Firstly, a nice clean environment I felt comfortable and welcomed by the reception team with their lovely smiles. I was seen by Ioanna and dental nurse Shah who were both so friendly and professional. Oh what can I say! I only wish I had come here years ago. Ioanna said I didn’t need re root canal and a filling was needed. She fixed another filling that was not done properly and told me how to take care of my gums as they were swollen and sore. Since then my gums have improved vastly, they hardly bleed and I do not feel in pain anymore. Truly the best Dentist I have been to in my life. I am so grateful. My teeth are in good health I am very happy. She is an asset to this surgery.Overall an excellent experience here I highly recommend

As a very nervous patient, I was delighted to meet dentist Ioanna Archontaki when I needed some urgent treatment. She was patient, empathetic and very much put me at ease. She provided good advice and when it came to extracting my tooth, I had every confidence in her and Sha her dental nurse. The removal was pain and stress free and everyone was so friendly and kind. I'd thoroughly recommend everyone here.

A fantastic dental practice and service. I rarely leave reviews but Nadeem, Marian and Aliya have all looked after me and have been both extremely efficient and friendly. I've recently had a root canal carried out by Marian which has taken away my pain and I couldn't be more grateful to their team. Nadeem ochestrated the whole dental plan and has been checking up on me regularly. Highly recommended.

I see Dr Petya Kostova for my family’s dental appointments. We always have a good visit and never have to wait long to be seen. The nurses are always efficient and friendly. Petya is a brilliant dentist and very gentle and caring.Staff at reception always very courteous and friendly (Debbie is lovely!)Lovely, accessible practice with car parking.I am pleased there is fresh water in the waiting room and well organised for the children with colouring activities on clipboards with good coloured pencils. The practice is clean and tidy, bright and airy and in a great location.
