AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Absolutely terrible service. I started renting a property in the city centre at Walton Robinson but my landlord switched agencies, I guess? No one told me this as well and when I tried to get in contact, it took ages. I understand that the Covid situation makes it all a bit different now, but this is the limit. No response at all, unless you email them in a passive aggressive way. You have to keep reminding them to email you back, otherwise you won’t hear anything back. It took me 11 days to hand in the keys and can’t get any info about the reduction of my deposit. Charging £194 for cleaning fees when I left the property in a better state than I got it. Spend the whole christmas period without a working oven and more than a month without any warm water. The boiler has always been a problem but never really got fixed. I would advice everyone NOT TO RENT OR DO ANYTHING AROUND LUGANO PROPERTY GROUP!! If I could give 0 stars, I would.
