I had my I phone X screen replaced here, I should have waited until I got home like I wanted to. However the guy was reassuring and persuaded me to have it done there.Initially it seemed fine, however on closer examination, it turns out not to be a genuine part. The fake screen resolution isn't up to scratch, and looks bad in comparison to an iPhone 8, (it should be better), the inherent opacity within the apple operating system looks absolutely awful, and the face recognition does not work at all.I'm now going to need to take it to my local apple dealer, to have the repair done again, properly..Extremely disappointing :(

I've known about phone city for 10 years now and over them years I can honestly say that phone city is a top quality establishment. Though they might not be as big as other major key phone shops, their genuine products and service is better to none. For those looking for a place to either repair a product or even buy a new phone case, Phone City is the one!!

Quick, efficient and great value for money. I was unlucky when both my iPhone screens cracked. A colleague recommended for me to try this place, Mo and his team came to the rescue and fitted my iPhone 6 with a new screen and screen protector which comes with 3 months warranty.He was honest when it came to my iPhone 8 Plus which was only something Apple could deal with, he even went that extra mile and helped me book an appointment with them the next day and resolved this issue. I would recommend phone city for repairs screen protectors and honest work.

Mohammad provided service above and beyond when I met with him looking for a new battery for an older iPad Pro. In the end we decided to look for a new device and he helped source a refurbished iPad Pro, even securing a trade in on our old, failing one. In the middle of all this I had to leave the country but he kept in touch with me and personally made sure the new iPad was delivered to my elderly mother. I’m truly grateful for his help and care. I highly recommend this business.

Excellent shop , I only ever get my phones from this shop , and more recently an IPad for my sons Christmas present. I recently purchased an iPhone 8 for myself. The store manager was extremely helpful and set it all up for me. I have been a regular customer for many years and have always found them polite , helpful and they have the cheapest packages available. They will always assist you with what phone to go for without ripping you off . Fantastic customer service . I have recommend them to my friends and family who are now also regular customers . Nothing is too much for them.

I went in to buy a paid of headphones. I was initially suspicious of them telling me that item was new, despite the box not being sealed. They said the only reason it was open was to show other customers what the item looked like. Not very convincing, but I still said I would purchase the item. I presented my card and their card reader did not work. They insisted on cash. The staff was rude and shouting.
