I love coming here. My one problem would be that there a quite of few items listed on their website not available in the shops, but they mostly have what I want which is great. There's also always sales going on so I can often find good bargains here. I mostly buy DVDs here but there's also a huge music selection.

Love HMV, such a shame that our local branch in Peterborough closed down so Leicester is the closest one. Even though you can order online you can't beat going to an actual store.

Love the store helping my vinyl collection grow even bigger. Just a shame that all the record shops have gone in the City center just leaving hmv on the High Street

It's over a week since I ordered my head phones. Click and collect. Where are they coming from AUSTRALIA? why is it so expensive to phone these people????

Great store! Plenty of vinyls to choose from, small board game selection and staff members are really helpful :) just make sure to check your vinyls soon after buying them! I purchased the Getaway vinyl by RHCP, upon opening track 1 on side A skipped. I managed to return it in store no problem and re order a copy to my house, but the new copy sent to my house has the same issue. On the song called The Getaway, there is a skip same song on both records now? Very strange. Unfortunately I now have to return this vinyl back to the store another time. Other records we have purchased here though have been in perfect condition and work great, just worth being conscious though.

One of my favourite shops in the city centre. My main interest is the film section downstairs, incredibly impressive. Staff are always very helpful and fun. I'm a horror fan, the selection is immense. Highly recommended.
