Well stocked, with vast range of products. Caters for all, from professional builders and painters to the, D I Y man.All the staff are friendly, and helpful, if what you need is not in stock, they will endeavour to get it for you, or suggest an alternative product. A pleasure to recommend it.

Normally an excellent location to get tools or professional/DIY tools. For once they didn't have one item I needed but the manager kindly advised me where I might get it. Very helpful team

Walked in with a sample of the unusual bolt I wanted. Staff member looked through the catalogue, quickly found a code and got me a packet of them. Paid a fair price and walked out 5 minutes later. One happy customer.

The lady Paula at the desk in the Lurgan Store that works in Screwfix is a true gem. She really knows her way around the catalogue and goes out of her way to help you. She is very pleasant and when her fellow Colleague was having a spot of trouble with something that the Customer had asker her, she politely excused (after asking for my permission to do so) from me and with no fuss helped the customer with their query.I have to say that all the people working in Screwfix are excellent, They are all very helpful and it's a tribute to the way they have been shown/ taught how to treat/lookafter their customers.

Extremely disappointed with Screwfix. I attempted to return a faulty item only to be made aware by an extremely arrogant and ignorant sales manager that Screwfix were not interested in their responsibilitys under the consumer credit act. The sales manager also told me it was of no interest to her" to discuss it with me. Her attitute really stunk and it was obvious she she cared nothing for customer service Needless to say i will be taking my complaint to trading standards. I wouldnt advise anyone to purchase any large or expensive appliances or tools from here

After arriving today at 4.55pm. Order had been placed. Text received. One other person arrived at same time. Both of us got asked if we had placed order. Both said yes. They took his order number, it was one item, as was mine. He got his order I got told to come back tomorrow. I had one item too. Arrived at same time. Totally disgusted. It wasn't 5pm!! It would have taken less time to get my order than to go send another member of staff to come to door to tell me we close at 5. Before I would have rated 5 stars but now I'll be going somewhere else.

Went into store and there seemed to be some confusion over a chopsaw with 4 staff standing standing around it stood for another few minutes still no service walked out and went to HOMEBASE got what I required. Have to say the service in Screwfix needs looked at not good
