Very enjoyable yoga classes.Jo is a great yoga teacher, always allowing you to work at a level to suit your own fitness and flexibility, encouraging you to push yourself - but never too far. Nice small classes in a very pleasant hall.I'd thoroughly recommend Joga.

Lovely spacious, airy hall, fantastic yoga session, an hour of continuous movement and stretches but at a gentle pace and no pressure to go beyond what's comfortable for each person Highly recommend!

I'm so happy to have found Jo. She is a wonderful teacher for wherever you are along your yoga journey. She will always sensitively offer modifications or safely guide you into more advanced postures where appropriate. She is extremely knowledgeable and generously shares this knowledge. Jo is a true yogi.
