Ellis and his team are amazing! Thrive is the best supply agency I have worked for. Ellis takes his time to place teachers in the correct school environments. I haven’t gone a day without work when it has been available and they are always at the end of the phone to sort any issues. Having worked with an alternative supply agency and then moved to Thrive to secure work closer to me, I can honestly say that it was the right choice. I've had lots of work through them, but, more than that, the understanding and flexibility is there. This is hugely appreciated, as I have small children and life doesn't always go to plan!
