Couldn't have asked for a better service! Sean fitted our hearth and log burner, he gave us plenty of options for burners he recommended making it easier for us and we got exactly what we wanted!We can’t recommend Sean enough for his service, we will defiantly be using him again in the future!

I have been very impressed with this company. Sean visited and gave me a quote for a new wood burner and chimney lining and new hearth. No pressure selling, but good sound advise. I accepted the quote (although I had others as well). He was quick efficient and very polite. Kept me up to speed with dates and what he planned doing. Most importantly, he laid sheets down everywhere and cleaned up on completion of the job. I was pleased that I chose this company. Well done Sean.

Flames were always there to answer any questions and queries after the site visit to talk things through and any changes to our design was never a problem. Come the big day of installation Flames were prompt, clean and tidy and very professional.
