Went in with my old bike, asked for advice on whether it is worth repairing, he instead looked round and showed me issues with the bike, gave me a price of how much fixing it would be and let me make the decision myself. Decided to just buy a new one, and he allowed me to leave both bikes in the store while I browsed around town. Was served by Ben

We visited the store today to look at bikes for Christmas, Ben was very helpful and was happy to get numerous bikes down for the children to try before they made a decision. Fast and efficient service, happy to answer questions and offer advice.

Purchased a DECENT Electric scooter. Ben offered me advice on care and maintaining the scooter. He was extremely friendly and enthusiastic about the product he sells inside Evans. It’s a shame that Evans doesn’t offer any after-care products like insurance for the electrical products like Halfords.
