So my boyfriend and I decided to have a spot of lunch as it was 5 too 12 we asked for jacket potatoes and was told the would be ready for an hour the lady on the till was very festive looking in an elfs outfit but she was very sharp and grumpy which I was very surprised at the other ladys which were serving we very friendly and pleasant to speak too we had soup that was ok then went I shopped im not sure I will use the Cafe again as was very off-putting

SUB-STANDARD SERVICE. zero customer focus!Be warned if item not in store, avoid ordering online to collect instore - I did to collect in 3 days, weeks later yet to receive.My item lost, instead of replacing with another, to satisfy customer order as priority... - I must now wait up to 30 days for my order - while they investigate / sort their internal issues"?!Zero best practice / zero customer focus.Many far more pleasurable options where able to enjoy your shopping experience -Avoid

Upon entering H of F Lincoln today to which my husband was going to treat family to over £300 worth of perfume, I was hugely disappointed to be asked to leave as I had my small very well behaved dog in my arms. Wake up H of F this is the 21st century where a vast amount of shops are dog friendly even cafes where food is served - you are not special and I for one will not purchase from you in the future.

Cancelled order stating payment didn't go through when it did. Had to get the bank to claim it back. No help available on the phone. Very poor.

Great department store in the heart of Lincoln over a few floors and lots of fashion choices for all. Cafe upstairs and is quite good and a great selection suitable for all. Not the same since it was taken over by new owners but that's just me, I still visit and still like it. You choose.

Personally I lose the will to live when the wife and kids say they want to look, even worse if they want to buy something, 8 or 9 people waiting in a cue and the customery one person behind the till, whilst 5/6/7 etc staff just standing around waiting for someone to nick the overpriced garments, but clean and tidy.Also you need eyes in the back of your head if you dry your hands in the toilets, you will get the door smacked into you as the dryer is hid behind the door

I love House of Fraser, and I have been shopping here for a few years now.I have always recieved really great service from the staff here and service is always delivered beautifully with a smile.I have bought many items of clothing, bags and other accessories from House of Fraser and during the sales, you can find some amazing items at really great prices.Everything is also beautifully laid out so everything is easy to find in store.

A great selection of goods but the sale tags are mis-leading. The cafe is great and lady behind the counter was lovely.
